A REBEL, REJECTED BY HIS HOME COUNTRY

June 28, 1939
-
June 29, 2013

The country he loved rejected him because he loved art more.
Klever used art as a medium to communicate his disapproval of the Soviet regime over the country he loved.

The state responded by harassing him and his family and ultimately kicking him out.

A reject, Klever never stopped painting, for it was both a call of his rebellious spirit and a heal to his broken heart.
